This Disclaimer Policy applies to all resources sold, supplied, promoted or made available through the Worlds For All Shop, including downloadable PDF guides, MP3 calming and relaxation recordings, guided imagery audio resources, wellbeing materials, worksheets, reflective exercises, educational resources and related digital products.
The purpose of this policy is to explain clearly what our products are, what they are not, and the limits of what customers and visitors should expect from them.
Worlds For All Shop products are created to support learning, reflection, relaxation, creativity, emotional awareness, personal development and general wellbeing. They may include ideas, explanations, scripts, metaphors, reflective prompts, calming exercises, guided imagery, breathing practices, practical suggestions and supportive information.
Our products are designed to be helpful, thoughtful and accessible. They are not designed to replace individual assessment, clinical judgement, medical care, therapy, counselling, diagnosis, safeguarding intervention or emergency support.
Worlds For All does not claim, promise, represent or guarantee that any PDF guide, MP3 recording, exercise, script, suggestion or resource will fix, cure, resolve, remove, prevent or eliminate a person’s problems.
Life difficulties are often complex. Emotional distress, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, sleep problems, behavioural concerns, neurodivergent needs, relationship difficulties, grief, anger, school refusal and mental health concerns can be influenced by many different factors. These may include personal history, environment, relationships, physical health, mental health, stress, trauma, finances, housing, education, social support, culture, identity, disability, discrimination, safeguarding concerns and access to professional help.
For that reason, no downloadable guide or audio recording can honestly promise to transform a situation by itself. Worlds For All resources may offer supportive language, creative ideas, relaxation opportunities, grounding techniques, reflection, encouragement and educational insight. They may help some people feel calmer, more informed, more hopeful or more able to think about next steps. However, they are not a guaranteed solution and should not be treated as a replacement for professional support where professional support is needed.
We believe in offering resources that may support people, not in making unrealistic promises. Customers should use their own judgement and seek appropriate help when a situation requires more than self-help, education or relaxation.
Individual outcomes vary. We do not guarantee that using our products will:
Some customers may find a resource deeply helpful. Others may find it only mildly useful or not suitable for their circumstances. This is normal and does not mean the product is faulty.
Nothing sold or published through the Worlds For All Shop is medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, psychotherapy, therapeutic, legal, financial, educational or professional advice. The resources are general in nature and cannot take account of every individual’s personal history, risk factors, diagnosis, needs, environment or circumstances.
If you need advice about a medical condition, mental health difficulty, medication, diagnosis, therapy, safeguarding issue, disability, education plan, legal matter or crisis situation, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional.
Purchasing, downloading, listening to or using a Worlds For All product does not create a therapist-client, counsellor-client, supervisor-supervisee, coach-client, doctor-patient, educator-student or professional advisory relationship between you and Worlds For All, Christian Dixon, any author, contributor, employee, associate or connected organisation.
The shop provides digital products only. It does not provide individual assessment, therapy, counselling, clinical supervision, crisis response, safeguarding investigation or personalised professional advice through the purchase of a download.
Some resources may be aimed at parents, carers or professionals supporting children and young people. Adults remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for a particular child, age, developmental stage, neurodivergent profile, emotional state, cultural background, family situation or safeguarding context.
Children and young people should not be left to use emotionally sensitive materials without appropriate adult support where support is needed. If a child or young person is in distress, at risk, unsafe, self-harming, expressing suicidal thoughts, experiencing abuse, or presenting with serious mental health concerns, seek immediate help from appropriate professionals or emergency services.
MP3 calming, relaxation and guided imagery recordings are intended to support relaxation, grounding, imagination, breathing awareness and gentle self-reflection. They should not be used while driving, operating machinery, supervising risk, or doing anything that requires full attention and alertness.
Please listen in a safe environment. Stop listening if you feel distressed, overwhelmed, dizzy, unsafe or uncomfortable. People with trauma histories, dissociation, psychosis, panic, epilepsy, breathing difficulties or other medical or psychological concerns should use caution and seek professional advice if unsure whether relaxation or guided imagery recordings are appropriate.
PDF guides may contain educational information, reflective prompts, scripts, worksheets, suggestions and practical tools. These are general resources and may not be suitable for every person or situation. You are responsible for adapting or choosing not to use any suggestion that feels unsuitable, unsafe, inappropriate or beyond your role.
Professionals using ideas from a guide remain responsible for working within their own professional competence, ethical codes, safeguarding duties, organisational policies and legal responsibilities.
Worlds For All Shop is not an emergency service. Digital products are not suitable as the only source of support in a crisis. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, at risk of harm, experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, violence, severe mental distress, medical emergency or safeguarding concern, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.
Do not delay seeking professional or emergency help because of something you have read, heard or downloaded from Worlds For All.
By using a Worlds For All product, you accept responsibility for how you interpret and apply the information. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for you, your family, your child, your client, your learner, your service user or your professional setting.
You should stop using any resource that feels harmful, overwhelming, unsuitable or unsafe and seek appropriate support where needed.
Worlds For All resources may be informed by professional experience, creative practice, therapeutic ideas, wellbeing approaches and educational knowledge. However, this does not mean that a digital product is personalised therapy or clinical advice. A general resource cannot assess your individual circumstances in the way a qualified professional can during a proper consultation, assessment or therapeutic relationship.
Resources may refer to research, organisations, authors, therapeutic ideas, wellbeing approaches or external sources. These references are provided for education and context only. We do not guarantee that external information will remain accurate, available or unchanged.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worlds For All accepts no responsibility for loss, harm, injury, distress, disappointment, decisions, actions, omissions, consequences or outcomes arising from use of its digital products, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
By purchasing, downloading, listening to, reading or using Worlds For All Shop products, you confirm that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to use the resources responsibly.
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our products, shop, legal requirements or professional wording. The latest version will be published on the Worlds For All website or shop.
